February is “Love Your Library” month and we have lined up some fun things to do during vacation week (2/19 – 2/24).
Stuffed Animal Sleepover – Tuesday, 2/20
You can bring your stuffed animal friend to the library anytime between 4 & 7 pm. you can make a nametag for your stuffed animal, so they can make friends with the other stuffed animals. Then you can read a goodnight story and tuck your friend in for the night. What will all these special friends do when the library closed at 8:30? Will they go to sleep or play around while no one is watching? Check the library’s website and Facebook page in the morning to see what happened! Your friends can be picked up on Wednesday after 1pm.
Fun With Bubbles – Wednesday, 2/21
Children in grades 2-6 can join us in a Library Lab to learn about the science of bubbles! At 6pm, join retired science teacher Mrs. Valente to make bubbles using many different tools and methods. Bubbles will be everywhere at the library. More Library Labs are planned!
