January News & Events

Happy New Year from the staff at the Poestenkill Library! We start the year off with three brand new public use computers. These updated PCs are so much faster than what we have had for the past 10 years! Patrons will now have a quick and dependable computer to use at the library. This is especially important as the Census is coming up in February. We want to be able to offer the use of the public computers for residents to come in and fill out their census form if they do not have a dependable connection at home. We will be sharing more census information soon. Did you also know that you can access Ancestry.com (library edition – not the full paid version)for free at the library? It is available on all three public computers.
