Spring Updates!

Market Day was a great success and the rain held off! The Friends made a little over $2,200 on Market Day sales. It was great to watch friends and neighbors greet each other after being inside for the winter months.

The Paint Program scheduled for May 18th has been cancelled due to lack of interest. We will try again in the fall.

There is still time for high school Seniors living in Poestenkill to submit an essay to be considered for the Leo Clement Scholarship Award of $500. Details can be found in an earlier post on this site. Deadline is May 31st.

An evening preschool story time is being held from 7-7:30pm on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of May & June. Join them for a story and or two and maybe even a little song!

Spring Market Day is up and running!

Stop in for great bargains on household treasures, plants, and books. Books/DVDs/CDs are $5.00/bag. Bring your own bag! No size limit! Delicious baked goods fill the front porch! A local musician will entertain us for a while! Come to the Poestenkill Library and see your friends and neighbors and get a great bargain at the same time!
